It looks like it has been recently renovated and the atmosphere is really nice. The place is very clean. There was water in the room. The location is excellent in the center of the città alta. The staff is helpful, friendly, and willing to help. One thing is that there was no elevator, but the staff has helped us with our suitcases. We are really grateful for that. The breakfasts are really nice and had many courses to choose from, it was truly delicious.

We loved everything about this place. It's in the center of the village and they have the best restaurant and staff. Irina the owner made us feel like at home. Her husband the chef and her son cooked us an amazing dinner. Room was perfect and the view. Everything was amazing.

Dont know where to start - this place and people there are AMAZING! Absolutely loved every second of staying there. This place never felt like hotel, but as you were at very rich friends house. All details and all the small things… oh boy! Our two dogs stayed with us and they had little beds and golden bowls!! The kindness of the staff is absolutely amazing. Never had any such experience in my life. Just dont have enough words to describe, how good this stay was. Reccomend 10/10!

Very friendly...and the best is the Albanian waitress in the restaurant. She is very sympathy and kind. thanks to everybody.

We would go back to the region just to visit her again ❤️🫶🏻
