Atsu responded to reassure that our commute concern would be solved. He would pick us up and drop off at Hosono station. The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

They were really helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was unique as it was previously a cafe and it was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Lovely children's books and magazines.

Had a delightful 2-night stay at Koguma no ie during a Nozawa ski trip. The location could not be better. Strap on your skis at the front door and you're a 30-second cruise to the chairlift. It is a short and easy walk to the center of town. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The owners were incredibly kind and prepared a great breakfast every morning. The bath at the end of a cold day was a very special treat! Adorable spot at a great value. Will be back!

Yukinoso was just amazing, a few minutes walking from Happo One and very close to the bus station and the main attractions in the downtown, my stay couldn't have been better. The place is simple and comfortable, with a dry room downstairs for the wet gear and their own small onsen. The staff is lovely and take good care of everyone, especially Atsumi San and Yamaguchi San at the front desk. I hope for another opportunity to come back. Miss this place.
