Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, situated between Kamogawa River and Takase canal, Hazuki Kyoto is 20 minutes stroll from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Gion District. The hospitality was great, we were welcomed with warmth and the gentle host explained everything in detail. We enjoyed the traditional bath and the futons were very comfortable. We appreciated it very much when we came back in the evening after a very hot day outside and found our room fresh and cool. Thank you for everything!

Providing free WiFi and a garden in a renovated 50-year old building with mountain views from the property, Rc Hotel Kyoto Yasaka offers accommodation in Kyoto, 600 metres from Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Perfect location. This was such a cool hotel and lots of details were meticulously chosen for the vibe. The staff was helpful and friendly. They downplayed their English abilities when asked, but their English was excellent. There is a laundry on site which can be helpful for packing light. The room was spacious, maybe around a standard US room size, with a spacious shower. There is a little outdoor cafe right outside and this hotel is just steps away from many historic streets. This hotel was truly unique.

We stayed in JP INN Kyoto for 3 days. We were very impressed to the attention to detail information the staff provided in their binder, we were able to learn proper etiquettes during our stay. The room we stayed at had everything a regular hotel would have, perhaps even more! The linens, towels and our bedding were very clean and from the moment we walked in to our room, we felt very delighted that our room was well kept. The location was also very accommodating, just a short walk, less than 10 min or a quick taxi ride. Plenty of restaurants and cobini stores around the area and one of the best location if you want to tour Kyoto. Highly, highly recommend. We will definitely look into booking at JP INN in the near future when we visit Kyoto again!

The room was very nice with everything you need for your stay! It was spacious even for three adults. The bathroom was very nice and the possibility to dry your clothes after washing them in the hotels laundry room was amazing! It was quite clean with a few dustbunnies here and there but overall very good! Definitely great value for the money! The location is just perfect! Walking distans to Yasaka Shrine, pontocho street and everything around there! Very pleased with the visit, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Small hotel with a wonderful receptionist. The room was like a small apartment where you felt at home. There was nothing to complain about!
