A lot of people were complaining about the location it really wasn’t too bad. I felt if you wanna see the real Tokyo it’s nice to be in a real non tourist area. Lots of stores nearby that were super helpful. And the station is right there when you need it. You only take one line the Asakusa line it pretty gets you the whole way to all the great spots. This place was a perfect fit for someone looking to budget but have a nice space. The downstairs was so nice to have the extra room.

Spacious even with two twin beds plus a table and chair--this is a Western-styled room. The open closet was big with lots of hangers. Didn't expect a bathtub given the size of the room. The reception clerk was very friendly!

Great location, just a few minutes from train station in area with many good restaurants. Nice quite spot a hundred metres or so from busy streets. Room was stylish, comfy and clean. Credit to the staff.. left behind a pair of trousers and they returned them via post after my stay. Thank you!

The location was easy, just a few minute walk from C6 exit of Ikebukuro station. There were a lot of restaurants and convenient stores and even some saunas nearby. All in all’s it was a nice stay.

The receptionists were amazingly helpful and friendly, giving recommendations for a fantastic local restaurant and assisting with Japanese translation of instructions for my next hotel in another city. Lovely room. Great for a female solo traveller

Heart of tokyo, but peaceful from the crowd. Walking distance to asakusa (sensoji, donki, broadway st.), iriya station and has a 24hr grocery store right beside.

Awesome space for a group of three! Spacious for a small space. Even a washer upstairs in the loft. Clean. Self registration was straight forward with the email directions.

I was pleased to stay in a neighborhood rather than a tourist setting. It was clean and my room was practically furnished well lit. The kitchenette was clean and had what I wanted. The bed was great!
