The breakfast was amazing with fresh local fruit and specialties. The staff was very kind and understanding (especially in light of our late arrival). The location is in the middle of GeorgeTown (and could not be more centrally located with nearby attractions all within walking distance). There's even a decent sized grocery store across the street if needed. The interior of the hotel is a renovated historic shop/warehouse and is full of charm. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel!

Even if it is not in the price he has free snacks in the lobby, toast, butter, jam and even cookies, hot water and coffee, tea, free too. They do laundry for free, we never had a better host in our travels. 10 is too little rating for them. Very close to the Penang National Park. A lot of monkeys right at the property. We will definitely return here.
