Great location, right at the heart of Queenstown, yet, a couple blocks away from all the noise. The rooms have a ski-cottage feel and are warm and comfortable. It also has lots of parking spots which is very convenient as you can walk to dinner or anywhere you want in town rather than worrying about finding a spot.

The hotel is in a decent location (for price) to the town centre, although it should be noted that it is a significnat incline in walking to and from the town centre. The Room was clean and check in was very easy plus a bonus of havinng a storage room for ski's boots.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was nice and had everything we needed and it was serviced regularly. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of food choices. We had room service for dinner one night and it was delicious. The location was amazing. We loved being so close the town and the lake and no hills to walk to get back from town.

Loved sitting by the firepit with a glass of mulled wine, the hot tub and pool were great too. Lovely crossiant and coffee to sit by the lake and start the day with and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The room was nice n warm and the bed suoer comfy. All the staff were super helpful and friendly! It was a very relaxing night away

We had stayed before, it is a shame restaurants closed for dinner however we had a bar meal although nice it could have been hotter. I did mention this in a nice way to bar staff.

Great location, very friendly and professional staff at the reception and the restaurant. Excellent choice of options for breakfast and great dinner one night when we chose to dine at the Nest restaurant.

The property location in Arrowtown was great. Walking distance to the FourSquare and into town (we did with 5 kids aged 8-13yo + 4 adults for the Matariki festival and dinner). Wish we had more time to fully explore the local area and more wineries. It accommodated 9 of us (2 families) with adequate space. Loved the heated tiles in the kitchen, laundry space for ski gear and the outdoor spa after our busy days. Property managers were very responsive (eg coffee machine wasn’t working properly and they immediately replaced it)
