We stayed in the largest unit that had a full kitchen and laundry plus a large living room. A comfortable stop for the 4 of us after the bustle of Wellington. Stayed after taking the ferry to Picton and then driving through wine country. Mark is a great host!

Serene. Quiet. Very clean. Loved the view. The alpacas out back added to the vibe. Loved the little private patio overlooking the countryside. Everything seems so new. Family that run the inn are very friendly and accommodating.

The location of this room is excellent and it lovely views of the lake and mountains if you stand up by the window. Also it has a little court yard with two chairs and a table were you can see the view also. The room it self is lovely and has everything you need. Its close to all the amenities. Communication was excellent with the host. We also had a lovely staff member help us out when we got stuck with our door. Thank you we had a lovely stay would happily stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in between the mountains in the castle hill area. Was much fun as there was a quiz with some locals. Other tourists and me where able to compete too and it made the night. Good kitchen, good bar. Had a great stay!

The owner, Grant, was exceptionally accommodating and attentive. Everything about it, from its charm of the local vibe to it's location was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this well run and fun place to stay!!!!

We can see that the owners thought about everything. The room was small, but it was well optimized making it very functional. It was decorated with taste. The bathroom is modern and well maintained, the room lightning is great Contactless check-in and check out with a code, we didn't see the owners but we were greeted by a lovely dog on our arrival. He was super friendly and followed us everywhere while we were unloading our car :) Free car park on the property 10 minutes downhill walk to the street where there are all the restaurants. It is a nice walk back to the accommodation if you cross the illuminated bridge near the small church by the water.
