Boutique hotel that was exactly what we were looking for in Nizwa - just close enough to the Old Quarter (literally a street away) but with some needed solitude and relaxation. The bonus was that the property exceeded our expectation in the quality, size, cleanliness, and fine attention to design and use detail. Beautiful premise, huge rooms, and generous amenities like fruit and water. We also had a chance to chat with the owner who made sure we had everything we needed (there wasn't much he didn't already think of). We passed by some of the other highly rated places in the Old Quarter and did not regret our choice of Etra Inn at all. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Staff were lovely, food was great, they even held us food as we were arriving late. Room was beautiful, great bed and shower. and views from the room and breakfast terrace were great. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend.

It is walking distance to anywhere. The pool is perfect for a midday rest from walking around. We were upgraded to a bigger room infront of the pool and it was perfect.

The room, the restaurant and the food are super. I was traveling with a friend who is on a wheel chair. The acces to the room is not suitable for a wheel chair or stroller or suitcase. But Staff are very friendly and helpful, they help me to push the wheel chair to the parking area.

The location is perfect. The hotel is right at the start of the palm plantation walk (W9). The food was good and authentic. The staff was extremely friendly.

Bait Alharah is one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. The building features traditional architecture. The beds are comfortable, and while the bathroom is small, it is perfectly functional. Its location is fantastic—right in the heart of Nizwa. The staff is exceptionally friendly; the receptionist shared a helpful list of recommendations (cafes, museums) and was quick to respond to any requests.
