The property’s reservations team works across both their properties, El Albergue and El Balcón in Cusco where we also stayed. They created an itinerary for us to visit Machu Picchu, including train and entrance tickets and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. All arrangements worked perfectly.

The inn offers luggage storage for guests travelling to Machu Picchu. The breakfast had a great variety of fruit, yogurt and granola, as well as an omelet cooked to order. The orange juice was fresh squeezed, and delicious. It exceeded our expectations! The location of the grounds was AMAZING!! We had a great view of many ruins. The lodge Is nestled at the base of one of the huge mountains. Such a BEAUTIFUL location!! The grounds were covered in many different flowers, and a large variety of fruit trees. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, enjoying the tranquility. We also loved how close it was to the town square. We highly recommend staying here the night before going to Machu Pichu, to allow for a shorter train ride, than if you came from Cusco. It breaks up the trip. If you can, stay at least 2 nights!!

At the accommodation, the rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Great little spot 2 blocks from central plaza and market but so quiet, each night we slept great. Nice breakfast served each morning was a bonus. Humble and lovely staff. Nothing fancy but very quaint

Steven is a great host and was always available on WhatsApp. the location is amazing, with great views, a bit away from the town, which we loved. rooms were big, beds were comfortable!

The breakfast was really good, it had hot water, good wifi and it's pretty close to the central park and church. Plus it has a few convenience stores close by and it's less than 10 minutes from the city of Urubamba (by car).

This 3-star inn offers room service, a concierge service and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 2.7 km from Main Square. Las Casitas was such a nice place to stay, it has unbelievable energy, we even extended our stay (twice). The territory is wonderful with a garden, which smelled so nice, and dedicated yoga place. The school that the owners support is a very important project for the community. We really looked forward to returning ‘home’ every day in the evening, walking through the garden, lighting a cosy fire.. The staff were friendly and very welcoming, breakfast was great (as well as lunch and dinner), all amenities worked excellent. I would be very happy to return here one day, it definitely added many good memories to our trip and stay in Urubamba.
