The place is clean, quiet & well organized. Staffs are friendly & very accomodating. The food are so nice from breakfast to dinner serve in buffet with reasonable price. And each guest has their designated shaded parking area.

first of all, the staff is amazing! so welcoming and kind! they took care of us properly. we got a special dinner with freshly caught fish and it was the best dinner! in addition, we liked how the manager took my girlfriend through her SSI certification with amazing support. We can't wait to come back next year! but he way, people complaining about the stairs: there's only 98 steps (I count them) so that's not really a downside if you are fit enough.

Lovely pet friendly hotel by the beach. We got breakfast and dinner buffet included so I think it was good value. The shared spaces are great, everything you need to stay with a dog is available.

Nice to have the convenience of a shuttle to any location on the premises. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel and dinner at the cafe. The servers were polite and ready to respond to our requests. The beach was clean, There was a medical clinic at the hotel, which provided the necessary relief for our needs. The nurse was professional and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner are good tasting meals. The waiters are so courteous, friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and ac is working well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We always do everytime we stay at Club Punta Fuego.

Facilities are nice, had misunderstanding on the check in because we arrived 8pm from the airport. Resto closed at 10pm so we need to order right away. But we cannot order because the check in counter was closed already and we cannot get our wrist band that you have to wear inside the are to be an actual guest according to the host of the apartment. But she ask the resto of they can accommodate us for fast dinner before they close.
