The staff were professional and responsive. Everything worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with basic necessities like soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. Lastly, the hotel and grounds were very quiet.

Rainbow house is probably the best place I've stayed in Northern Thailand, absolutely great! A family owned business run by the kindest people! Excellent place for both longterm and short term stay. Went for a week and spent 1 1/2 month. Very good location, walking distance from food market etc but at the same time quiet and cozy. There is a small beautiful pond with fish and plenty of nice spots around the property to hang around and either chill or socialize. The owners are very discrit but helpful at the same time, always there for you and your needs. I'm not the type of person that stays in ' shared bathroom ' places but in Rainbow House I never ever had any difficulties coping with it. The facilities were always clean and more than enough for the amount of persons staying there. Coming to accomodation, Pai in general is a bit of a difficult place. Prices are high for what you get. Almost all the places have problems with hot water ( makes total sense, water comes straight from the mounstains so it's really cold and the small heaters that use in the guesthousei don't have enough time to heat it up), noise from the bars around Pai and maybe cold in the night. People that come at this part of Thailand need to have this things in their mind and don't expect miracles. Taken under consideration these factors plus the price of a room in Rainbow House plus the super kind owners I strongly believe that this place, Rainbow House is by far one of the best places one can stay in Pai. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the whole place has a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful - they were always happy to assist with anything I needed and made me feel very at home. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a pleasant, peaceful, and friendly place in Pai.

It is amazing place, it is clouse to the center but it is very quiet. There is always coffee and tea in the mornings and this is appreciated. The rooms are very confortable and cobby. We recommend it!
