After having two really pleasant stays I decided to go back for the third and last time (because after that I would return home). To my surprise I was able to stay in the same room as before which now felt familiar. Besides from the comfort of the room and the kind staff, the hotel is also pretty close to the airport approximately 10-15 min away by car. Very convenient, because I had a 30 hour travel day ahead of me. Waterbottles and toiletpaper were delivered to my room daily. I can really only say positive things about this hotel. So if I ever get the chance to visit Chiang Mai again I’d be happy to stay there!

Receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival, gave us lots of local tips and general layout of town. His daughter was super cute. Room was excellent, very comfortable and very good shower. Pool is a nice edition! Free cold water refill stations.

The location is perfect, and the place is spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was seamless—they provided lots of great local tips, including amazing restaurant recommendations, breakfast spots, and must-visit night markets. Highly recommended!

La Piccola Patong cách Bãi biển Patong 10 phút đi bộ và có Wi-Fi miễn phí. Nằm trên con phố yên tĩnh, chỗ nghỉ nằm cách Trung tâm mua sắm Jungceylon và Chợ Banzaan Fresh Market chưa đầy 1 km. People here are exceptionally kind and patient. The room is pristine, offers good sound insulation, and is equipped with a refrigerator—absolutely fantastic!

Compact, but very functional and comfortable room. A lot of storage space. Silent. Near the metro and the bus stop. 7-eleven just nearby. Very helpful staff.

This hotel is located inside Chiang Mai’s historic Old City, on its peaceful inner edge. Surrounded by temples in a quiet residential area, it offers a calm base to explore. Friendly, helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast and food at the restaurant. Nice area to chill by the pool.

Sea Breeze House, Naiplao Beach is located in along the beach. With Swiss management, it offers beachfront rooms with free WiFi. Sea Breeze House is located right on the beach at Naiplao. The room I chose was upstairs with a semi private balcony overlooking the beach. The room was spacious and well equipped with both an airconditioner and a fan for cooling. The room also contains a small fridge and a flat screen tv. Although being a Thai style wooden house I hardly heard my fellow guests. The traffic noise is noticeable during the day (being next to the road) but petered out to non-existant at night. The front desk provide hire services of surfboards, kayaks and motorbikes. Within walking distance are several restaurants serving quality food with some providing beach views. Although not providing beach views, my personal favourite was the small family run eatery directly opposite Sea Breeze House. I also can't finish this review without singing the praises of Joy, the onsite manager who also provides the cleaning services and keeps the beach tidy for guests. She provides a warm welcome and knowledgeable suggestions for exploring the area. Joy is what makes Sea Breeze House a delight to visit. She also has the most friendly dogs you are likely to meet and their devotion to her speaks volumes of the woman's character. I thoroughly enjoyed my way too short stay at Sea Breeze and look forward to the day I can return.
