Very friendly lady working at the front desk. She also came to bring us two steamed buns in the evening for supper. Room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a comfortable toilet with bidet and seat heating. Two free soft drinks in the fridge were included. The hot tub with hot spring water on the balcony was exceptional, with great views, comfortable, and private. Breakfast buffet was great, a bit of a mix of western and local food. Plenty of room for parking, both in front or in the adjacent street.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the entire building, Naruwan Inn offers accommodation in Taitung City, only a 12-minute drive from Taitung Railway Station. The staff were so amazingly helpful. I had several odd requests and terrible Chinese, but they patiently helped me solve all my problems. My family loved how clean and modern and HUGE the rooms were. We loved our stay there!

The front desk and breakfast staffs were super! Hotel offered hot aboriginal millet porridge and hot chocolate drink every night at 8 pm. The breakfast was fabulous and I ate two bowels of seafood porridge every morning! :) Plentiful of parking spaces.
