Guest rooms in the inn are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bidet and some rooms also feature a balcony. The rooms at FAUNA Montevideo have air conditioning and a desk. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and helpful. He told us about great places for food and music. Place even better than on pictures. You can feel a good taste of the owner in each detail.

The property is around 18 km from Tres Cruces Terminal Station, 21 km from Cagancha Square and 22 km from Independencia Square. The inn also features free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Location, comfortable room, friendly staff, ease of check in, quiet. Barbra the host was so kind to bring me coffee in the morning since breakfast wasn’t served that day.

Hotel is near the airport, 10 minutes drive. There is a restauramt for having lunch an dinner and a good breakfast. Reception is open 24/7. Room and bathroom was clean, and housekeeping clean the second day also.

The location is incredible and lots of choices for coffee and dinners nearly. The wifi was fast so I could work from the hotel when needed. Very helpful and friendly staff, even though I barely know Spanish I could communicate with people. Really liked the mattress.

Breakfast is excellent, the view from the dinner is very nice (you can view the Montevideo´s Docks and part of the western bay), the pool was at the right temperature, very clean and comfortable to use, a lot of accessories available to use (life vest, inflatables toys, etc.). The food served in the top floor restaurant was also excellent. Its an excellent place for a quick stop in Montevideo, its very well located in the old center.

The property is right next to the ocean and our room had beautiful views. We liked the large room looking onto the water. The staff were exceptionally wonderful at the front desk, cleaning and the restaurant. The restaurant had wonderful food both for the breakfasts and the dinner.

From beginning to end almost a perfect stay. Check in smooth. Diego was awesome. Room was above great. Wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was very good. Best orange juice ever.... Location was great, could walk from hotel to the areas of town that I wanted to go. Bed was super comfy. I would stay here again. Had coffee at night a few times and the folks helping me were great.
