    The staff was lovely....from the valet to the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone assisted with anything we needed and made our stay amazing. The room was large and the bathroom was huge. The separate shower and tub was wonderful and the toiletries were also very nice. The pool area was large and well spaced. Very relaxing place!

    The hotel was good, but furniture and enteriour looked like it was from 20 years ago. Overall it was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was nice and lots of space. Smart Samsung TV with internet and youtube was useful for relaxing. WIFI was working great. 10mins away by taxi from the Grand Mosque. They also have shuttle buses free of charge to all main attractions (YAS island, Mosque, Heritage village etc.) and most of them have pick up time to go back to the hotel with enough time to stay, explore and enjoy attractions.

    The hotel's staff was really kind and helpfull, The hotel is really close from the airport,they have free transport bus in every hours to and back and also free transport bus to the attractions. Unfortunately the breakfast is finish 10:30,BUT there is 24 hours Costa coffee and they have plenty of options for breakfast. On the rooftop the hotel has gym and nice swimming pool and also huge hot tub ,plenty of bed for relaxing and sunbathing space as well and they provide towells.

    Great location of the hotel, you can arrive directly to Gallery Mall from the elevator of the hotel. Zuma rest also located 100 meters. clean and beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, great cosmetics. relaxing spa with jacuzzi and saunas available till the late evening. high level of the service at the reception. thank you it was a pleasure!
