The room was so clean and cute, the hotel is so homely I wished we could stay longer. It’s close to the beach , restaurant, and where ever you need to be. Breakfast was amazing , the staffs do their job so well . If I need to be in Albania again. NOA is where I am going to stay .

Beautiful hotel, absolutely spotless! Located on top of the hill with the best views of Saranda looking out to corfu, it was something out of a postcard! The pool was an added bonus, breakfast was delicious. We have been recommending this hotel to everyone! 10/10

Very comfortable and luxurious, the terrace and the living room are modern and spacious. All the facilities you need are here and more, the jacuzzi is amazing, there are tvs and there is air conditioning in every room. The bathroom is big and modern. The host was excellent, he was friendly and helpful.

Located perfectly next to crystal blue water beach. Very highly maintained place, on the 5th floor with beautiful interiors. The apartment was full equipped with anything you need. Spar and atm machine on the ground floor makes it even more convenient. Got a big car park as well!! Our host Alban was by far the best host I’ve meet throughout my years of travel. He’s literally the go to person. Friendly + Helpful = Alban 😎. We had a car so Ksamil is just 20-30 mins away. The apartment also had 80 meter square of balcony, from where you get spectacular views of saranda and CORFU island!.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Ksamil! The breakfasts were delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool, location, and the music playing by the pool. My family and I will definitely be returning to Ksamil and staying at this hotel again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We loved Albania ☀️

    The rooms were spacious and clean, the entire resort was very clean. The bathroom was lovely, great shower and facilities. The swimming pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds for everyone. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We shared that it was our honeymoon and the staff made it super cute for us on arrival.

    Hotel is about 10-15 minutes by walk from the main beaches in Ksmail. It is in a quiet zone, where you can relax. They even offer a possibility to use jacuzzi (chargeable) on the top floor with a view on the city (you should try it, nice experience). Breakfast is abundant and freshly prepared, wifi working good and room spacious and clean. Parking is on a street,
