The location was excellent: walking distance to the center of Dilijan, and at the same time surrounded by woods. Beautiful house. It was wonderful to have a breakfast on a balcony looking at beautiful mountains. Around the house a lot of cozy places to sit and relax either in a company or alone :) There is an air conditioner, although we had to use it only twice in 10 days because there was enough good flow of fresh air when we opened windows or balcony door. The host is very friendly and ready to help.

The hospitality was incredible; the gentleman who welcomed us was extremely respectful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The food was amazing, and the cook prepared delicious meals that catered to all preferences, including halal options for Muslims. The adorable cats added an extra layer of joy and charm to the entire experience. Reaching the location was easy, especially for those familiar with exploring places in the Gulf region. The road was enjoyable, and the destination was absolutely worth the trip. The property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use.
