Our favourite place we’ve stayed on our whole 6 month trip! The staff were instantly warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome! They then upgraded our room and it happened to be my birthday so they were so friendly! Later they gave us a free bottle of Champagne for my birthday which was so nice! The room was big and the bed was so comfortable. The rest of the facilities were lovely also. Such a nice place with the friendliest staff, always willing to help and smiling all day long! We spent 3 weeks travelling through Chile and Argentina and this was the best place! Perfect home for a few days! Daniel was responsive and gave great advice on what to do around the area. The home is lovely! Downstairs, a comfortable living room and equipped kitchen with access to a private outdoor area. Upstairs the most comfortable bed and great shower with a jacuzzi! Parking right outside and the home has heating you can adjust. The location is a little outside the main area of Madryn but the property was so great we didn't mind driving in. Would advise having a car in this area. Would definitely stay again!
