Very cosy and warm. Room nicely set out. Exceptionally clean, great linen high thread count. Great breakfast. Fantastic huge jet bath. Very polite and attentive staff, and well understood and spoken English (no Spanish from us unfortunately)

An absolute gem of a place! A beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. The host and staff are so welcoming and are always happy to help. The restaurant was also fantastic. I had the most delicious schnitzel parmigiana. 10/10 I highly recommend this beautiful place

The location is incredible and the view from reception and the rooms over the lake is awesome. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is amazing, relaxing in the whirlpool bath enjoying the view is a treat. The staff are wonderful, really friendly and helpful. There is a nice beer house and restaurant approx 10 minute walk from hotel. Great hotel, loved our stay here.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The room was comfortable with an unforgettable view, and the spa was so lovely that we didn't want to spend time anywhere else. Highly recommend the restaurant degustation with the wine tasting... it was a highly considered menu with impeccable service. Absolutely wonderful stay - we didn't want to leave!

Beautiful hotel, great location. Each room has a gorgeous view of the bay, and the bathroom has large panoramic windows. The restaurant has delicious breakfasts, and you can also have a delicious dinner (very tasty meat, sweet potato puree, wine). There is a swimming pool and a spa center, you can order a massage (excellent masseuse, I recommend!). There are several sun loungers and umbrellas. You can also walk to the Pier, there is a beautiful view of the lake, and you can feel the privacy. The staff is polite and nice, but almost no one speaks English.
