Nice big landhouse in oldskool Austrian style (which i really like). We booked the double family room which was spacious, clean, and cosy. Nice breakfast too and friendly and welcoming owners and staff. The Summer Card that you get is great - free access to the cable cars nearby which is a big plus (easily saves you like 100 euros for a family).

Amazing stay with the best views. We arrived by bike with our 5 year old and we were super pleased with everything about our stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive and very patient with our little one. The food was great and the design of the common areas is really well done. Lots of space to relax, play games, read etc. There is a lot of space outside to enjoy the terrace and the amazing views of the valley and the mountains. They were even so kind as to drop us off to enjoy the sunset with a bottle of champagne. Beds were very comfortable. Loved it and our little guy didn't want to leave! Parking at Pass Thurm was easy and the path is easy to find and follow.

Excellent location opposite the main gondola. Able to ski down to hotel too. Secure underground parking with easy access to ski room. The lounge/ bar area is very nice and was never too busy. We liked the book detailing the extensive renovations that have been done. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and very attentive. The breakfast choice was great, we really enjoyed it. The stay at Ursprung Panorama hotel was awesome 👌 We felt very welcome from the very beginning to the end of our stay. All the staff was extremely caring and helpful. The spa facilities were not overcrowded and there is everything you need. There is a bar with a variety of tea and cold water. The panoramic view from the sauna is spectacular. We also used a cable car to get on the Alpes without additional cost, and the pickup point is only a 100 meters from the hotel. The view from our balcony was also amazing, rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Good parking options in the underground garage with possibility to charge an electric vehicle. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is worth every penny ❤️

The views from the enormous picture window were amazing. The room was large, fresh and calming and all staff went out of their way from booking to completion to help. Breakfast ..don't miss, fantastic. Walk into the small township and also possible to walk to Krimml waterfall entrance .. bout 20 min if your strolling. Definitely recommend the hotel. Also ...not a gym person, but those that are will love the gym equipment..looks like an awesome setup.
