Everything was great. They clean rooms every day. We are pleased by the receptionists, waiters in restаurant and bartenders at the lobby bar. Spa zone is really good.

The hotel really cares for its guests and goes the extra mile. Everything is well thought, in good taste, there were lots of little details which count. The food was good and the service outstanding. I enjoyed the wellness spa. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt like a winter wonderland.

Stunning place to stay! Hosts are super nice and will make you feel at home. Very comfortable bed; spacious room with a picturesque view from the balcony. The food is AMAZING! Each day there is a different 5 course menu to try. There is always a veggie option when it comes to the main course. My absolute favourite were soups and desserts (Tiramisu left me speechless!). The hotel had an amazing setting, with views of the mountains on one side, and Lake Achensee on the other. The staff are very curtious and helpful and we were met with a welcoming glass of Prosecco. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a short order chef working the omelette station, and plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheeses etc. There is a spa though with only one night, we did not have time to try it, though the outdoor pool, which is linked to the indoor pool, did look very inviting. The hotel also benefits from a large underground car park. We would be happy recommend this hotel to any future guests, and hope to return ourselves one day.
