Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!

Excellent amenities - ski locker room, bathrooms accessible from outside while wearing ski boots, excellent breakfast & other food, great staff (Simon was very helpful!). Reservation with Booking.com included breakfast and car indoor garage parking. High quality furnishings in the room and well designed for hanging ski clothes, place to store helmets, comfortable bed, sizable outdoor balcony.
