Execeptional food, very clean and a very well run place. It has a strict set of rules for times and ordering, and these work fine as they clearly have experience of corralling skiers to behave and be on time for different meals. Unbelievable wine list and all staff very trained! Run like a military operation by Mrs Erhart!!!

It was my fifth stay with the most wonderful staff at this magnificent hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed it right from the very first glass of prosecco upon welcome! Excellent hotel, with an ideal location to the elevators, and practically in the center of the village, the staff is all polite and sociable, and is always ready to help in everything, there is parking at the hotel it is free, there are discounts on renting ski equipment, excellent spa complex, excellent breakfasts and hearty dinners, waiters are always tidy and pleasant in communication especially Marton, the hotel is unequivocally the best in the region!!!!
