She had no problem going the extra mile to ensure guests were satisfied. After our stay at the hotel, we can state the same for all staff members. Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is a textbook example of top hotel service and a source of inspiration for all hotels developing their luxury offer. The Aquapura SPA Wellness Centre stretches a staggering 3600 square metres and is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in this part of Europe. A rich offer includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a panoramic sauna in the garden and a relaxation space with water beds and a SPA cinema. Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is absolutely one of the most prestigious hotels within the Falkensteiner portfolio. Similarly to a world-class athlete, it faces the task of beating its own standards and thus retaining its spot among the best in the hotel industry. When we last evaluated the hotel, the Falkensteiner hotel group had only started managing it. Today, it is in peak performance and is ageing almost as well as the finest Bordeaux wines. Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel upgraded us upon our arrival which was a nice and pleasant surprise! The lake view was great! The whole SPA and pool area was amazing with many people but with never the feeling it was crowded. Food and breakfast very good! We could not hope for more for our short stay

We have been here only for 1 day, but the location is superb, parking is easy. Also you can charge your electric car, the staff can help you with that. The Hotel is almost next to the town, you can access it by walk or even with a Tier or some scooter. Receptionist and the staff were very helpfull and kind. The room was nice, and clean, with proper equipment. The pool and sauna also great. Breakfast has a lot of options, and wide variety of stuff. Gluten intolerance people can have a nice breakfast too. Dinner is from the menu, not swedish style so it will take more time to serve you. If you want to visit the town or do some walking after dinner it is good to start dinner early.

Acommodation close to the Klagenfurt city. All rooms have balcony, the room was clean, with big bed and full equipment. What I really appreciate, there was coffee and tea for free and bottle of water. Balcony was safe for my small dog. Very nice place

Beautiful and calm location, all rooms facing the lake. The meals were amazing, every evening something different, something special for dinner in beautiful creations, breakfast had also various delights. The sauna area is great, with lots of comfortable beds for relaxation, the sauna at the lake is especially enjoyable when the sun is setting. Staff is super nice!
