My stay at Cedars was amazing. It's exactly like the photos but better! From the moment you arrive, your villa is set up as such a relaxing mood. If you're looking for a very peaceful and relaxing stay, I couldn't recommend this place more. Our only regret was not staying another day!

If you want a walking wine tour area, this is the perfect spot for a few days. The peace and calm were welcomed and though we didnt have time for it, the golf course looked great also.

My wife and myself booked 2 nights accommodation at the Mercure as it was very centralised to Bimbadgen Estate for the Take That concert we were attending. The rooms were the highest quality and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During our stay we also did some wine tasting at DeBortoli's Hunter Valley, we went to the Hunter Valley Chocolate and Fudge factory, had dinner at Harrigans Pub and attended the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas lights. The furthest we travelled from our location was only a 10 minute drive. It has beautiful manicured lawns and gardens and is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, corporate stay or to host an event

    Heated jacuzzi was very pleasant and it also helped to warm the pool. It was nice that the property included pool towels as the bath towels were only small. There was plenty of in door and outdoor seating space as we had visitors for dinner. The house was well set up for a lot of guests plus visitors i.e. big gas BBQ, plenty of crockery, glasses, large gas stove and lots of staples, gladwrap so we didn't need to go out and buy anything like that. Two big fridges too!!
