The apartment and building is a bit dated, but we have stayed here before so knew this before available. Huge amount of space to be very comfortable in. All facilities work, they are clean and functional. They gave us a 2 bedroom when we booked for a 1 bedroom, so a bathroom each, much appreciated. The location is set for ease to drive in any direction. Safe and secure parking with access card. Central lift to gain access to your apartment.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm, friendly welcome and outstanding service that continued throughout our stay. Our room was notably spacious, providing us with ample space to unwind and relax after our daily adventures in Melbourne. The elegant design and comfortable furnishings further contributed to a serene and homely atmosphere that truly set the stage for a memorable stay. We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the room service, which consistently delivered super services. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of professionalism and kindness, always attending to our needs with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention must be made about the chief concierge, whose recommendations greatly enhanced our experience in Melbourne. His insightful advice allowed us to discover local gems and experiences we might have otherwise overlooked. Of particular note was his recommendation to try the Morton Bay Bugs - a delightful culinary discovery that stands out as a highlight of our gastronomic adventures in the city.
