This is a beautifully decorated house with everything you could need. A complete kitchen with large oven and cooktop, microwave, electrical appliances and a dishwasher. Filtered water is available in the kitchen. The TV was huge, the lounges and bed very comfortable. There was a separate building that contained a pool table, bar and lounge. There is a view of the water from the living areas.

Set high on a hill in the bush, the accommodation is comfortable and well thought out, with whimsical touches (loved the glasswork), and all that visitors would need for a relaxing stay. What makes the Hideaway so wonderful however is the magnificent view across the D'Entrecasteaux Channel over Bruny Island and beyond. We watched the sun rise, the changing colours and moods of the unfurling day, and a red moon rising over Bruny, without ever tiring of the view. Magical!

This property is stunning. Beautifully located with a view over the water and a few kms from Cygnet with its cafes and shops. The house is spotless , comfortable and spacious and very well appointed. There was a beautiful hamper to enjoy between the 4 of us on arrival and an outdoor spa and sauna to distract us from our mission of enjoying the nearby weekend festival. We did however enjoy practicing yoga in the morning on the decks and a friendly hello from the two alpacas. Our stay was bliss.
