Super clean accommodation with every little facility available that you can need for a short stay. Beautiful location and the hot tub at the back got the perfect view of greenery and the lake (we lived in the Kingfisher Chalet). Every question was answered quick as well 11/10 would recommend.

    Fabulous secluded retreat. Chalet was well appointed with everything you could possibly need, including wine! A well thought out layout harnesses the beautiful view of the lake from all rooms. Big 2 person spa bath and the gas fire made for a very romantic and comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant was excellent, this place is a new fave 😍

    Great location, good facilities and outside spa. Sitting at the lake during the quiet hours and enjoying the whirlpool spa was very relaxing. Beds and sofas were comfortable, the cottage was clean.

    It was the most serene, luxurious gettaway I've ever had! The chalet had everything we could ever need, a glorious spa bath and gas heater. It was cosy and romantic and I've already recommended Silkwood Estate to all my friends.

    What a perfect part of the world! The best place to relax and getaway and spend some quality time in nature either with a partner or alone. Super comfy bed, loved listening to the wildlife at night. The hot tub was fantastic! The free standing bath was gorgeous and the sauna was a wonderful bonus. The relaxed check in and out (no need to find a member of staff - text message with all the information needed and keys left in the door) was so convenient and was a lovely gesture.

    We spent 2 nights here in February and it was a great experience. The location was excellent with the river behind the chalets and was so beautiful and relaxing. Really enjoyed the outdoor Jacuzzi and the BBQ. Met a very friendly duck which we named "Billy" who came to see us every morning in the lake to get a feed ! Will definitely visit again. Highly Recommend

    Peaceful, quiet & relaxing. Set in the forrest with birds chirping & cool weather to enjoy sitting outside. Very clean & tidy amenities, comfortable king size bed, lovely spa bath & choice of dvds to watch in the evening. Bbq on private verandah.
