We came for the Hills of Rock festival, because Plovdiv was fully booked, and it was great. It had everything we needed, reasonable price, and excellent location in Asenovgrad near shops and a great park on the river. During the days we also visited the Asen’s Fortress and the Monastery of Bachkovo.

The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

The property is amazing with a lot of outlets. There are not so many hotels built in this way. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the equipment was really good. The room was located on the 8 floor and the view over the river and the city was magnificent.

We had a lovely stay. The receptionist waited for us to arrive when our flight was delayed and offered many tips on the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
