This room was what I expected for this hotel. I was concerned when I couldn't bolt the door from the inside, though. Called the front desk and they sent someone right up. They also had to fix the curtain that got stuck in the balcony door, but they quickly took care of it. This was nicer than the 5 star hotel I stayed in!

We are raising Park and SPA Hotel Markovo to a new level, with a unique interior and design.

It is amazing for kids. Our kids had lots of fun and we did too, seeing how happy they were. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are really good. We will definitely be coming back.

People might say that I have high standards for hotels and ussually I don't leave reviews because I don't want to leave bad reviews but O boy this may be the best hotel I have ever been and I have been to many. It exceeded my expectations especcialy value vs price. I completely recommned you stay here. I was suppose to stay for only night and then travel to another city but I resceduled for another night knowing that I would not have find this level of hotel in the next city. So I added more hours to my trip just to stay one more night :) that's how good of a hotel this is

Wonderful service, clean and modern hotel, nice big room with comfy beds and a terrace. The swimming pool outside was a huge plus for the summer heat. We loved it and we'll definitely come back!
