Surprisingly nice. First thing that is really nice is the location of the property. Right after entering Sandaski, it’s really reachable. Really clean, nice rooms, good spa and indoor pool alongside the outside one. The breakfast food was pretty good. Kaufland is also really close in case of need for shopping. Overall really good experience.

The best hotel altogether in region and perhaps in Europe. For last 10 plus years we are regular quest. For my lumbago perfect.

The TV service was not the best

Offering a hot outdoor pool and views of the mountain, Zornitza Family Estate is located close to Melnik and in Sandanski region. Melnishki Piramidi is 7 km away.

Amazing place with very good installations and lots of comfort. The staff is super nice! Restaurants are very good and the breakfast incredible! Our room was very comfortable and spa/massages +++

The room was big and the beds were comfortable (although one was an expendable couch). We enjoyed both the interior and the outside swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was good. We were in transit for one night
