The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They paid close attention to every detail to ensure our comfort, and they graciously accommodated all our requests. On our last evening, we were even surprised with a delicious dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. When it was time to leave, the host personally walked us to the taxi and said goodbye with such warmth and sincerity, it felt as if we were parting from close relatives, not just ending a hotel stay. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in

Good location, about 10 minutes from Shumen. The room was cosy, clean and well warmed. Quiet and peaceful place to stay, especially if you need relax and recharging. Thank you for the hospitality!
