The location of the hotel is undeniably beautiful — the landscape is breathtaking, the facilities are clean, and the food is of great quality. However, the experience was seriously impacted by the poor customer service. Communication from the staff was unclear, unprofessional, and at times downright threatening. Due to the need to use a different credit card than the one registered on Booking, I was told my reservation could be canceled, with no willingness to offer a reasonable alternative or even a polite explanation. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and completely out of step with the quality the hotel claims to offer. It's a shame that such a promising place is undermined by such a lack of courtesy and flexibility.
