I am very satisfied with this accommodation. The location is a few minutes' drive from the skiing area and only 7 minutes from the supermarket and Starbucks, which is very convenient. What impressed me the most was that the owner was very attentive and considerate. The studio was well-equipped, clean and tidy, exceeding our expectations. We stayed for two days and cooked our own hotpot, which we were very satisfied with. And the owner has placed several mattresses for us to choose from, so we can all have our own beds to rest on. This trip was really great, thank you for having such a thoughtful host.

Trillium properties were fine to contact with. Nearer to our arrival they had me input the personal info for arrival. After that they notified me about payment, security fee, etc by email. They returned the security fee promptly. Our place was two levels which gave both couples privacy. Beds were comfortable, toilets worked fine, had fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. No issues with equipment. Parking was nearby.

    Food was okay. The chefs were better off with american cuisines. We ordered their beef burger, it was awesome. Other items like we ordered the vegan curry bowl, it was not good, too sour and partially cooked veggies, not my taste. Rooms were very spacious and fully equipped with kitchen and balcony. Building is old but maintained well, its a huge resort, clean bathrooms, sufficient parking space.

    The room was spacious enough with all the amenities and a balcony facing the landscape as well! The pool was clean however the outdoor hot tub was dirty and one of the showers in the women's change room had a curtain missing so it was bit tough to change :( The site has free EV chargers which was awesome!

    The location was perfect for us to go and do all of the things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the aqua bath spa treatment, the kayaking, dinner at the lakeside grill and how close all of the stores and shopping was a great bonus.
