Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

Location near the Falls and Niagara on the lake. This was an overnight stop for us on way to the states so was perfectly situated near the roads we needed. The restaurant on site provided good value for money.

This hotel is located less than one mile from the Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls boat tour. It features a full service spa and free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The view from the room was majestic. Thanks for giving us the higher floor as requested and also for letting us check in early. The hotel is located perfectly at a close proximity to the falls.
