Roxanne accommodated our request for an upgrade and was very nice as well as her colleague! :-) Our chalet was very nice and the grounds were very nice and located right by the lake! The private hot tub (which we didn't know about when booking) was such a sweet surprise after a long drive from Toronto. The staff were super friendly and helpful - I called for an iron and even though it was pouring rain, they brought one right away. You can hear noise /voices from room next door. Mini Bar is not free. Make sure you don't mess with it. They charge quickly if something is missing.. check your invoice. Nexexpresso cups provided in room is a bonus.. Overall,, winter time is very quiet in the area. Noah Spa excellent choice. Make reservations in person Hotel is well located.
