We were there for only one night, and it was far beyond our expectations. They upgraded us to a deluxe room with the lake view that was recently renovated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Indoor wellness was closed due to the renovation, but the Jacuzzi and Sauna outside were amazing, clean, and with beautiful views. Breakfast was very delicious and complete. Hotel dinner was also tasty, with great ambiance and reasonable prices. There was also a very convenient on-demand transit between the hotel and Vitznau station!

Spa and wellness zone is outstanding and priced reasonably. The room was clean and equipped with needed for short stay amenities, staff helpful, breakfast is good. It is a great place to stay and I will definitely come back!

Everything was more than perfect. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.
