This was truly the best stay in a charming little Swiss village. The hostess is absolutely amazing and so warm-hearted. The views are breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere feels wonderfully authentic. Having a stable right in the house is such a unique and special experience — it made our stay unforgettable. A beautifully located hotel. The staff was all very helpful and extremely nice. Breakfast, as well as dinner, were delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very comfortable parking lot beneath the hotel with an elevator from there to all floors. Not a cheap hotel but relative to prices in Switzerland very high value for money.

We had a room in the pavilion (room 47). It was amazing with a terrace and a nice view over the mountains. We were travelling with our daughter and our dog. They were so kind to provide us for the dog with a nice blanket and a food bowl. The room was clean and spacious, food was good and the entire vibe was of relaxation and quiet. We slept very well. We used the pool which was cleand and refreshing. It was a nice surprise to find this place and we trully recommend it, especially the pavilon rooms up to the hill.

This hotel absolutely deserves a rating higher than 9! The current lower rating is honestly misleading and mainly due to an old restaurant that used to have limited food options — but that is no longer the case, the restaurant is currently closed for improvements. Also, many guests don’t seem to understand the self-check-in process, but in reality, it’s very straightforward. The reception team is available daily via phone from 7:00 to 22:00, and there’s always a phone at the reception desk for quick assistance. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are super clean, and the service is fantastic. Special thanks to Marie from the reception team — she is extremely helpful, reliable, and efficient. Her support made our stay even better. She truly represents excellent Swiss hospitality!
