Everything, the view, cleanliness, facilities, amenities the swimming pool & sauna and above all the staff Mis Samira and Mr. Samuel can't remember the other names, but All without excption were professional, friendly, super helpful and caring.Also we had free upgrade and late check-out which made our stay more enjoyable and unforgettable. It was the best choice in Englberg. It is highly recommended for cupels.

The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. Breakfast exceeded expectations, we also had an evening meal which was really tasty. Dart board next to the cosy fire kept us busy for a few hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).
