The staff here was amazing friendly and the property was super clean and well-appointed. I didn't try the breakfast, but the location really can't be beat -- right in the heart of Laax village next to both the Curnius gondola and the main Crap Sogn Gion gondola. Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing. They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed and were even given an upgrade to a spacious room. The spa was beautiful with the outdoor jacuzzi being a favorite. We also loved the little touch of free sparkling water in the hall fridge. Slept like a baby too!
