"Our stay at central Residence was outstanding! The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A dream of an escape to Troistorrents - well connected on the trainline to Champery and the bus to Morgins. Peaceful surroundings - from deer in the garden, to watching sunset behind the Dents Blanches from the hot tub - every detail has been thought of, and all with a touch of luxury. Fiona was so welcoming to us, and was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and transport connections. The rooms are delightful - modern take on traditional chalet rustic - gorgeous hot shower and comfy bed. We had our own entrance which meant we could come and go. I highly recommend Fiona's breakfast (fresh pastries, bread, jams, fruit and yoghurt). Can't wait to come back - and next time I hope to stay longer!

    Comfortable hotel rooms with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Excellent breakfast buffet. Jacuzzi and sauna added a special touch. Our dog was welcome (even in the breakfast room). If there is a lot of snow, you can ski down from the parking lot via the kids' slope to get to the gondola or the chair lift.

    Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and helpful. Our room was a junior suite an couldn’t have been better for our family of four, it was off to the side of the lounge but we didn’t hear anything from the lounge in the evening so there was no noise issues being so close. The facilities from the hot tub to the sauna were also great!

    The place is so cosy and welcoming. Easily accessible close to the station and lots of parking. I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. Plenty of places to relax and have a drink a real gem I'll definitely go back.

    Second time here. Love the area. The rooms are cute, love the view on mountains, basket breakfast on balcony in a robe, a nice relaxing weekend getaway. We used the jacuzzi this time which was perfect after a say of hiking. Food is fresh, homemade, from the garden, local.

    I liked everything. I've stayed there twice, and both times were absolutely amazing. The Twin Peaks-like beautiful wooden rooms, the comfy beds, the outdoor jacuzzi with the stunning view, the cocktails, the dinner, the large variety of food for breakfast, the vibe of the place, it's a real treat, especially if you have arrived after a long hike. Nothing is more relaxing. Not cheap, but totally worth it.

    The service was superb.. everybody was very helpful during our stay. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, bar…) was top. The property also has very beautiful view

    What a wonderful location and great service at the hotel. The receptions are very competent and attentive, the rooms are spacious and bright - with amazing views to the Alps! The jacuzzi and sauna make for an amazing experience. This is exactly what I was looking for, at a more than reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

    Very beautiful view to the mountains around. The personnel was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was of very good quality and had great variety of drinks, breads etc. Our room was spacious with side view to the mountains, very cozy and comfortable beddings. The sauna and the jacuzzi gave this extra touch of relaxation!
