I've been to 6 hotels during this trip and Arenas resort was definately the best of them. Clean. Super comfy beds, warm room despite the cold weather in Wengen. Great view from the hotel room. Great breakfast.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. Food was beautifully presented with a good variety of breakfast and dinner choices. The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the meals offered. The hotel's location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that added to the overall ambiance. One thing that stood out to me was their pet-friendly policy. I was able to bring my little dog along, and they not only welcomed him but also prepared a cozy bed and even provided food for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest. They even gave him a little present, which was incredibly sweet and heartwarming. The spa facilities were top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, Hammam, and the highlight for me was the open-air bath. It was a unique and relaxing experience, allowing me to unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views.

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Beautiful location with great views of the lake. The food was amazing. Sauna and swimming pool were of very high standards. The staff really make an effort to help you enjoy the place. The bar had amazing cocktails and we really enjoyed the walks and boat trip organised by the hotel.
