The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful stay. Good-sized room facing the lake and marina. Excellent facilities. The Spa was really lovely. The reception desk team was very forthcoming and helpful. In jungfrau region, much better to stay here, than in Interlaken.

The three-story chalet itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offers stunning panoramic views that will leave you in awe. From the moment we arrived, the host demonstrated the utmost professionalism and class, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. his attention to detail, combined with his warm and welcoming nature, made us feel right at home. Each floor of the chalet offers spacious living areas and comfortable bedrooms, making it the ideal choice for my family. The cleanliness of the chalet was evident throughout, and it is clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining such a high standard. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Chalet EGGLEN highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and serene getaway, complete with a professional and classy host, look no further. Spa area was better than expected. Very friendly and kind staff. The views from hotel of Lake Thun are great. Relaxing stay. A 15 minute walk to Speiz Station. Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from local train station on day of arrival and departure. Free coffee and cake during the stay. It is 20minutes on the train to Interlaken. Would recommend this place to stay. Also a great base to visit other areas.

The spa facilities were amazing, it was super dog friendly. Perfect locations for walking and relaxing. Beautiful little town to explore, and close to all the amazing sites in Bernese oberland for a day trip. The food at the hotel was really delicious, and the staff was super helpful!!

Easy self check in if you arrive after 7 pm as their reception is closed (it's a café shop downstairs) The room is spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped (towels, shower gels, hairdryer, cotton pads and Qtips...etc.) The hallway has coffee and tea making facilities. We love the rooftop view! A good day to start with a cup of coffee + the beautiful lake mountain view at their rooftop 😊
