Everything was more than perfect. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.

This is a proper luxury hotel. We arrived by car and appreciated the roomy parking. The location is no less than excellent, just by the water and if you bring kids, know that there's a big playground very close to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly.

A recently renovated apartment located in Fluelen, Exclusive Lake Access Villa Studio features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!
