Balcony is facing the rail but it's not that noisy perhaps with no or very few trains passing by at night or early morning. Breakfast choices are good too. Communication with hotel staff before the trip was prompt and helpful. I have to extend my gratitude again to hotel staff who helped to find a quiet corner with good Wifi connection for my daughter to take an online exam even after our check-out time.
