Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We loved having drinks and meals overlooking the lake and walking the trails around the lake. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was wonderful and vegan options were excellent. Easy access to busses, but walking is also easy.

A luxurious hotel located near the center of the town of Spiez and overlooking Lake Thun and Spiez Castle. For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the panoramic views from the terrace were stunning. The location was peaceful yet close to the town center and lake.

The staff and landlord were very friendly and open. They gave us many ideas regarding sightseeing and things to do in the area of Thunersee, and we could reach out to them at all times. Our apartment had the most spectacular view of the Thunersee, and the hottub also made the whole experience even more memorable. It felt more like visiting friends instead of renting a hotel room. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially dinner. Our 2 year old son liked everything as well. Staff was very kind to us. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well.

Comfortable rooms in a picturesque location, friendly staff and parking available in a lot across the street. They leave leftover baked goods from the cafe for the hotel guests to avoid food waste and it is delicious. Grocery stores, restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and fantastic views from their terrace.

Niece hotel with beautiful views of the city of Spiez. We enjoyed the hotel. There are different kinds of rooms. We stayed in the main building. One room with a balcony and view of the lake and one with a balcony and view of the mountains. Both rooms had high ceilings, natural light, comfy beds and pillows, and clean bathrooms. We liked our rooms: no air conditioning but no need for it. We just opened the windows, and plenty of airflows. The restaurants were good. The food was good, and the service was good—lots of attention to detail. We also enjoyed the spa. They have several saunas, one pool, and a giant whirlpool. But our favorite was the barrel sauna outside, which has a window to look out to the lake and the little town. To get to the private lake beach, you must walk several steps down and pass some houses. But it is worth it. We loved swimming in the lake. They have a shower and bathroom down at the lake. And the hotel provides you with beach bag essentials—plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy reading a book. We also rented electric bikes. They are excellent bikes. The front desk employees will suggest you good bike rides. We tried to rent the boat twice, but no luck. One time was due to the ship not having light, boats could not go out without a light after 5 pm, and the other was terrible weather. It was a bummer. But that didn't spoil our time at the hotel because we had plenty to enjoy. Arriving at the hotel. Suppose you don't have a car and are coming to Spiez by train. Call the hotel, and they will provide you with transportation. Either a taxi which they will pay for, or send a van. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
