There is an old world charm and elegance to the Romantik Hotel Beau Rivage in Weggis. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and sitting outside on the terrace was a delight. The highlight for me was the pool area overlooking the lake.

the staff were super friendly and nice and gave us a qwelcome drink on arrival. The hotel is cozy and felt family run, but also had some great ammenities, like the wellness center. Loved the saunas!

It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great. The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks. We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

I booked this for my daughter and her partner. She also stayed at the Waldorf Versaille which actually had fireworks that she could see from her room overlooking the palace. We loved how warm, friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular the gentleman in charge of the breakfast restaurant was lovely, as was his female colleague with long dark hair. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel special everyday. The lady who cleaned our room was VERY nice, and all the hotel receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly. In particular, one younger male receptionist so kindly brought us warm milk one evening when we wanted coffee in our room. A wonderful hotel, where I've stayed before and would definitely return.
