The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel at first, as it had only a few reviews, but it turned out to be a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt serene — a true hidden oasis in the busy city. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The receptionists greeted us with a smile and were happy to help with anything we needed. Even the housekeeping ladies were incredibly kind, always making sure our room was spotless and comfortable. The patio was a highlight — as soon as we stepped in, we felt a sense of peace, with the gentle sounds of nature and pleasant scent. Our room was cozy, quiet, spotless, with a modern bathroom and a small terrace. I recommend!

Hotel is very pretty, as advertised! Location is also really good, near by car to tourist locations. Staff are also friendly. We love the free laundry service, and they also provide steamer. Value for money and Instagram-worthy for a stay in Chengdu. Tip: further down the street is University street with cute cafes!

The hotel is charming, retaining a part of history but refurbished to be modern and luxurious. We stayed in the Family suite and the space is divided well, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The sound proofing is good so we can’t hear the neighbours unless they walk past our room and speak really loudly. Generally it has a very peaceful atmosphere.     very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel
