Close to shekou terminal ferry port and shekou seaworld. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice place for family and hanging out. Pity the ship was being renovated during my stay. The suite room was huge and value for money for the price with tv in front of bathtub. The place is very clean as well as the surrounding area. Even the air felt clean where people mostly drive EV or rent bikes The staff were very helpful. The cleaner was especially friendly and make up the room every morning. Will come back and recommend

I recently stayed at Shenzhen Raffles Hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. On the day of my birthday, my wife informed the hotel about the occasion, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to make the day special, preparing a surprise celebration in our room—completely free of charge. When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!

The hotel general facilities (restaurants, bars, breakfast area, pools, lobby...) were very well furnished/decorated, and being run professionally. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The executive lounge (which I could use just once) was a plus.

It's a nice hotel. Modern rooms, excellent spa area. Would highly recommend rooms with access to the lounge area. There you can have breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and also have access to drinks, gourmet sweets and some food for dinner during the day. The staff are super friendly.
