Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. The owner was very friendly and kind and willing to help us for our every need.He picked us up from the airport and saved us from the trouble of getting the taxi without me even knowing it, and also dropped us of at the cable car station for the Tianmen Mountain. It was an awesome surprise.

The owners are super kind and always available to help. We got an upgrade of the room for free just because a better room was available in the days of our stay. The Location is very comfortable especially to reach Tianmen Mountain. Rooms are spacious and clean. Recommended!

The best people ever run this hotel. They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

This place is a gem. Rain and his colleague were extremely helpful and both spoke excellent English. Beautiful spacious rooms. Great food for breakfast and dinner. A fun little bar with karaoke for after dinner. Warm infinity pool to soak the bones after a long day out in the park. It is a few minutes drive from the West gate. They drop you off and pick you up for free whenever you want. Service in general outstanding. Sad to leave

Huating, a homestay located near the South Gate Ticket Office of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, is very beautiful and situated right by the roadside, making it easy to find. They have a professional English-speaking customer service team that assists with communication, and it was very convenient to contact them via WhatsApp. They answered many of my questions about Zhangjiajie. A driver and car were arranged to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and they also provided complimentary rides to the ticket office—even though it was just a few minutes' walk. When we stayed in the city, they also helped arrange bus transportation. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Zhangjiajie. Thank you, Huating.

Our stay was extremely pleasant. We found the staff to be particularly helpful and friendly, offering valuable assistance with park route selections and providing convenient transportation to the entrance. The dinner served was of an exceptionally high standard. Furthermore, the view from our room was truly impressive. The room was modern, well-maintained, and clean. The hotel's location in a quiet area also contributed to a restful experience. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

All I can say is Pan Pan is next level when it comes to helping guests with EVERYTHING - our trip wouldn’t gave been as enjoyable without his help/advice - nothing was too much trouble - fountain of knowledge - the rest of the staff were fantastic too
